West Windsor Chiropractic Center – What to Expect
There are three phases to your care at West Windsor Chiropractic Center. The first phase will be the Relief Care Phase. If you are in pain when you come into our clinic, the very first objective will be to help you feel better. Depending upon the extent and severity of your condition, it is typical to need care 2-3 times per week for a period of 4-12 weeks.
The second phase of chiropractic wellness care with Dr. Sheeley is the Corrective Care Phase. During this phase, you will begin to heal more completely in order to prevent future injuries. Unlike typical medical care, Dr. Sheeley will strive to treat not only your symptoms but the underlying problems associated with what brought you to your condition in the first place. This will help you to not only relieve the problem, but eventually to give your body the ability to heal itself with an opportunity to eradicate the problem altogether.
The third and final phase of your care is the Wellness Care Phase. This is the maintenance phase and will help you to prevent not only the return of your symptoms, but also help you to prevent additional conditions and ailments from arising. Usually this requires only a quick visit to Dr. Sheeley 1-4 times per month and based on your lifestyle goals.
