Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield is in process of enlisting with a third party company to review your care and advise as to whether or not they will approve the care. It will be immaterial as to your benefits, benefits YOU WORK FOR…if this company says no further care is needed, it WILL NOT be covered.
PLEASE…protect your rights to avail yourself of your insurance benefits and care and that of your friends, neighbors, relatives and co-workers.
